What We Offer

Individual psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that utilizes evidence-based techniques and interventions to address mental or emotional concerns. We offer services to adolescents and adults whose experiences have negatively impacted their daily functioning.

Within a safe and supportive environment, we can address personal difficulties, stressors and uncertainty.

Individual therapy can assist clients in gaining a deeper understanding of their experiences, create individualized therapeutic goals and begin building foundational blocks to create impactful change.  

 

We understand that therapy can be daunting and overwhelming at times, however our trained professionals are able to cultivate and foster therapeutic rapport that is based on trust, empathy and confidentiality to ensure that you are able to share your thoughts and feelings during sessions.
